1. Fill out the Registration form
2. Delegation Fee and Delegate Fee payment
4. Fill out the Delegate Information form by March 1, 2025 with the name and final committee assignment of each of your delegates (this will be used for committee attendance). Committee assignments will be sent to each delegation in the form of a Google Sheet listing the delegation's assigned positions.
5. Fill out the Liability Form by March 1, 2025
6. Fill out the Advisor Conference Contact Information form by March 7, 2025 with each advisor's email and phone number that EagleMUNC staff can use to contact the advisor(s) during the conference
7. Send delegate position papers to the committee's team email by March 28, 2025.
