* Please note that hotel information is subject to change, however, we strive to provide the most accurate information and keep you updated about important changes
EagleMUNC asks all delegations to join us at the Westin for our 40-hour simulation.  To ensure the cohesion of our 40-hour simulation, we request that all delegations stay in the Westin for the duration of the conference.

* When registering for the conference, please note that the dates of the conference are March 24, 2023 - March 26, 2023. While the Westin will allow you to register on Wednesday, March 22, there is no need to stay in the hotel before the conference starts.

Steps for Booking Hotel Rooms

  1. In the fall, the Hotel Reservation Request form will go live and remain open until March 1, 2023
    1. In order for rooms to be processed in a timely manner, we recommend filling out the form by the following dates:
      1. Early Registration: January 1, 2023
      2. Regular Registration: February 1, 2023
  2. Within a one week period of your submission, you should receive a confirmation email from the Westin which will include an invoice which is to be paid prior to your arrival at the conference. All invoicing and payments will be processed through the Westin and you must follow the instructions provided to you in that email.
    1. All hotel rooms must be paid for directly to the Westin Copley Place by March 1, 2023
    2. Please Note: Your room reservation will not be finalized until you receive confirmation from the Westin Copley Place and payment is provided.
    3. Please Note: Any room reservations not paid for before this date with be forfeited and cancelled.
  3. Once you have completed the registration and payment process with the Westin, please let us know the names and hotel rooms of your delegates via the Hotel Information form by February 28, 2023.​

EagleMUNC @ The Westin Copley Place

EagleMUNC is proud to call The Westin Copley Place Hotel home. The AAA Four Diamond® Award recipient is located in the heart of downtown Boston, steps away from well-known Boston icons such as the Trinity Church and the John Hancock Tower.

Connected by an elevated pathway to the Copley Place Mall, delegates have access to hundreds of shops and eateries without stepping foot outdoors. However, if delegates do venture into Copley Plaza and downtown Boston, they will find themselves a short walk away from Boston’s myriad of historical landmarks.  The 37-story hotel offers a majestic view of the historic city, an appropriate setting for rewriting history in committee.

This year, all hotel rooms can be reserved through our registration process. Delegations will be officially confirmed after paying through the hotel.
