Political AffairsThe Political Affairs team provides EagleMUNC with our committees, simulations, and creative content. One of the most unique facets of EagleMUNC is our 40-Hour Simulations, which seeks to create an ongoing "conversation" with delegates about how they interact with and impact the world that the staff creates. At all times, delegates will have opportunities to stay in character to respond to various conference events.

Business AffairsThe Business Affairs team is in charge of communication with advisors and registration, school outreach, social media, finance and budgets, and hotel communication and logistics. This year, the team is excited to bring a more streamlined process to registration and help build excitement for EagleMUNC XII.

Internal affairs
The Internal Affairs team is responsible for internal logistics, conference coordination, and technology implementation at the conference. The department maintains a connection between all departments within The Eagle Institute and will help contribute to general conference operations.
