Chief Executive officer
Carolyn Asher

Carolyn is from outside of Philadelphia and has majored in History and Political Science at Boston College. She has volunteered with the Eagle Institute for four years. She has been a simulations staffer at EagleMUNC VI, the Deputy Chief of Staff for EagleMUNC VII, and the Under-Secretary-General of Public Relations for EagleMUNC IX. Carolyn has also volunteered with the Eagle Global Leadership Initiative and served in the roles of Outreach Coordinator and Chief of Staff. On the Corporate level, she served as a Corporate Officer for EagleMUNC VIII and is currently the Chief Executive Officer. Carolyn is also a member of the Board of Directors. She looks forward to seeing the Eagle Institute grow and continue to foster the leaders of tomorrow.

Executive vice president
Pearson Love

Pearson is a Senior at Boston College majoring in International Studies and Islamic Civilization with a concentration in Theology. She is from Chicago, Illinois, and has been involved in Model UN since her freshman year of high school. With EagleMUNC, Pearson was not only a delegate at E5, but has also served as the Co-Chair of the Roman Senate, Chair of SPECPOL and Deputy Undersecretary General of Political Affairs. Outside of EagleMUNC, Pearson enjoys trying new food, reading and hanging out with her dog, Radar.

Chief financial officer
Nicholas Youngberg

Nicholas is a current Senior at Boston College studying Economics, with a minor in Marketing. Nicholas has been doing Model UN for four years, and served as the Deputy Secretary General at EagleMUNC IX and a Political Affairs and Finance staffer at EagleMUNC VII. He has also been the Director of the Eagle Global Leadership Initiative and continues to compete at college circuit MUN competitions. He is originally from Austin, Texas and can appreciate a good hamburger or piece of brisket. Nicholas believes that Model UN is an important tool in encouraging young people to think about crucial global issues. Through the Eagle Institute, he hopes to facilitate discussions surrounding the problems of tomorrow with the leaders of tomorrow.

Chief Operations Officer
Grant Stephano

A resident of Philadelphia, Grant graduated from Boston College in 2022, with a double major  in Economics and Political Science. Grant is now a 1L at Villanova Law School. Grant has worked in both EagleMUNC and EGLI. For EagleMUNC, Grant has chaired both the Safavid Empire and the Tunisian Revolution. In EGLI, Grant has previously served as the Content Coordinator and Director. Grant is also on the Trial Team for Villanova Law.

Nick Scalera

​Nick is a Senior at Boston College studying Political Science and minoring in International Studies. He is from Nashua, New Hampshire. He attended EagleMUNCs V and VI when he was in high school, and has continued in Model UN ever since. He was the Chair for the Organization of American States at EagleMUNC IX and at EX served as the USG of Political Affairs. Nick is extraordinarily excited to serve as the Secretary General for EagleMUNC XI. Some of Nick’s hobbies include football, collecting shoes, and eating beach pizza on a summer night.
