A Message from The Eagle Institute Regarding COVID-19 Protocols for EagleMUNC X
As of now, EagleMUNC X will be taking place in-person at the Westin Copley Place Hotel from April 1st through April 3rd, 2022. We are closely monitoring the ever-changing situation, and guarantee that we will be strictly following all public health guidelines. The health and safety of the delegates, advisors, staff, and hotel employees are of the utmost priority to us. The conference secretariat will inform advisors immediately if there are any changes to the status of the conference.

COVID-19 POLICIES FOR EAGLEMUNC X
A COVID-19 Policy Acknowledgment Form and Waiver for all conference attendees to sign has been emailed to advisors.
As of March 5, 2022, the City of Boston has lifted its mask and vaccination mandates. We have updated our policies accordingly.

Masks
Masks are required to be worn during committee sessions. When not in committee sessions, it is strongly recommended that masks are worn at all times. Masks must fully cover one’s nose and mouth. Masks may only be removed during committee sessions while actively eating or drinking. EagleMUNC X's masking policy will be informed by public health and CDC guidelines.
Vaccination Requirement
It is strongly recommended that conference attendees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
COVID-19 Tests
It is strongly recommended that all conference attendees take a PCR test within 72 hours or a rapid antigen test within 24 hours of the start of the conference.
Other Policies
Any conference attendees who develop COVID-19 symptoms during EagleMUNC X will be asked to remain in their hotel rooms for the duration of the conference. Delegates should not attend committee if they are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19. Delegates will not be penalized in award considerations if their advisor informs a member of the Secretariat of the delegate’s circumstances.
