Overview

For the past decade, the Kuomintang (KMT) and Chinese Communist Party (CCP) have been engaged in a fierce civil war for control of Chin– wait, why are the Chinese forces fighting the Japanese troops outside Beijing? Pressured by escalating tensions with Imperial Japan over this incident, the KMT and CCP made an unlikely decision in 1937 to set aside their differences and form the Second United Front. But can bitter enemies truly unite? As Japanese forces begin to push deeper into the country, you must do all that you can to protect China.
